HOW TO USE

Apply one coat of base coat to clean, dry nails. Follow with two coats of this Luxe Nail Lacquer. Wait for 60 seconds to let the first coat dry completely, before applying the second coat. Finish with one coat of the Luxe Top Coat to seal your color and gloss.
