We pack every order with love and care, but if you receive:

A damaged or defective product

A wrong item

A missing item in your order

Clear images of the product and outer packaging

Your Order ID and invoice copy

Refund Policy
Refunds are only offered at DESTORE’s discretion after careful verification of the issue.

If a refund is approved:

The refund will be processed within 15 business days from the date of approval.

The amount will be credited to the original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
If a refund is applicable for a COD order, you will be required to share your bank account details (Account holder name, Account number, IFSC code) via email for processing the refund.
