How To Use

• – Swivel up only 1/8-inch (pencil does not retract).- Apply along lashlines as desired.- For a thinner, more precise application, apply using small, short strokes.- For a smoky look, draw a thicker line, extending just beyond the outer corner of eyes.- Smudge with Eyeliner Brush or cotton swab.- Replace cap tightly.
