• Pure Essential Oil of Basil

• • • • • • • • • Massage:Mix 2-3 drops of essential oil to carrier oil for a skin massage. Essential oils are concentrated and they should not be applied directly to the skin, dilute it by mixing it with a carrier oil.
                • Bath:Mix 2-3 drops of essential oil to warm bath water and mix the oil well.
                • Diffuser:In a diffuser bowl, mix 2-3 drops of essential oil to three quarters water. Essential oils should never be burnt directly as the chemical structure changes.

                Caution:A powerful depressant if overused. Not to be used by pregnant women. Essential oils should not be used on the skin in its pure form. Always dilute it with a carrier oil before applying it to the skin.
