– Green Cardamom: Aromatic in nature, it has various dermatological and anti-microbial qualities. It is particularly effective in soothing inflammatory symptoms in the skin.

– Sesame Seeds: It is used in health treatments and massages for the body and is a great remedy for migraine and insomnia, also relieving anxiety. It also removes wrinkles, is a natural moisturizer, prevents premature greying, loss of hair and lice, and helps in hair growth.

– Coconut Oil: It helps keep the skin soft and smooth, prevents premature ageing and wrinkling of the skin, removes dandruff, helps in checking greying and falling of hair and makes the hair look lustrous. It is also known to heal stretch marks and is mild.

– Costus: Costus or ‘Kustha’ is an important medicinal herb of Ayurveda. In Ayurveda, it is used to treat and heal the skin. Costus, with its antimicrobial activities is considered extremely good for acne prone skin.

How To Use

Daily massage a small amount onto cleansed skin with upward strokes.

Use with:

– Kama Ayurveda Pure Rosewater: It is made from the roses of Kannauj, a region in North India, rich in white soil conductive to roses’ growth. The Kannauj rose is considered special – it has the same specifications as the Bulgarian rose.

– Kama Ayurveda Rose Jasmine Face Cleanser: A perfect hydrating face wash filled with natural ingredients, which gently and thoroughly clean skin and remove light makeup. Aloe vera leaf juice heals and smoothes skin, Vetiver root and black cumin seeds are antibacterial, jojoba seed oil softens and rejuvenates skin, minimizing fine lines and promoting skin suppleness. The pure essential oil of rose has excellent emollient and hydrating properties keeping the skin soft, young and moisturized while the pure essential oil of Jasmine is an effective toner and helps reduce skin marks and scarring.

– Kama Ayurveda Mridul: This product is a natural face cleanser. It is non-drying and can be used as a daily alternative to soap. A traditional combination of herbs, cereals and pulses that gently cleanse and exfoliate facial skin. Amongst its ingredients are oatmeal, green gram, almond, neem, sandalwood, turmeric, rose and fennel. Leaves face fresh and radiant.
